About Pixie / Fairy Orbs:
Pixie Orbs attract Pixies and Fairies that bring good luck. The orbs remind Pixies or Fairies of beautiful flowers and sunlit gardens. They travel inside the orb to play on the glass webs and in the sparkles. The pixie fairies find the orbs so much fun that they reward the owner of the orb with good luck.
Bill blew this glass orb, creating webs to catch light and sparkle in the sun. Created in our Aspen Hot Glass studio in the Bitterroot Valley of Montana using Borosilicate glass, this type is strong, durable, and designed to weather the outdoor elements.
I made the handcrafted chain using stainless steel wire, adding gemstones and charms.
The orb is about 3" in diameter.
The chain with the Pixie Orb is about 10".
When I was a little girl, my nickname was Pixie. My grandmother would write letters to me, starting with "My Dear Little Pixie."
I have always been fascinated with little fairy gardens and love the miniature world of magic and enchantment.
Thank you for your time, and have a fun and wonderful day,
Rae Grout
We call these Pixie Orbs, but it is up to you to determine if you want this to be a Pixie Fairy / Faerie Orb or a Witch Ball.
